Support terms (AGB) | Kostnichts

1. Scope and operator

These terms apply only to voluntary support clearly identified as a real payment. The operator is Jhonathan Campos, 10827, email: jhonathanaugusto@gmail.com. Separate Terms of Service govern the free simulation.

2. Voluntary and never required

Kostnichts remains fully free. Support unlocks no content or site functions and gives no preferential treatment.

3. Purpose and no consideration

Support is intended to help finance hosting and technical infrastructure. It provides no product, service, membership, advertising or promise that the site will remain available for a particular period.

4. No purchase of simulated products

Support is legally and technically separate from the simulated cart. It is not payment for displayed products. Nothing is delivered and no simulated product contract is formed.

5. Amount, recurrence and external provider

Voluntary support is enabled and is processed only on buymeacoffee.com. The provider shows the selected amount and whether it is one-time or recurring before confirmation.

Before confirmation, the external provider shows the recipient, amount, payment method, possible fees and any recurring interval. Recurring support must be managed or cancelled there under the displayed terms. Kostnichts does not collect card or bank details.

6. Not a charitable donation

The payment is not offered as a tax-deductible donation to a charitable or public-law organisation. Kostnichts issues no donation receipt.

7. Payment errors and statutory rights

For a wrong amount, unintended recurrence or unauthorised payment, contact the external provider and operator promptly with the transaction identifier. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Availability and liability

Support creates no right to continued or uninterrupted availability. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under product-liability law. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential duty, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of this relationship where legally permitted.

9. Law and dispute resolution

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of the country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Information under section 36 VSBG: Der Betreiber nimmt nicht an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teil.
